The Health & Fitness Section
The Health section will cover Health topics on our Health and on how to maintain our health without having to spend any money, this section will not be selling weight loss pills or try and tell you how to loose weight, this section is all about you, being healthy and happy with yourself, not how others expect you to be.
The Health section will show you how just making a small change in the way we eat, can help us to stay healthy, small changes like timing meals and snacks can make a huge difference to how we feel and how healthy that snack can be if eaten at the right time, and how the same snack can be so unhealthy if eaten at the wrong time of day.
Fitness Tips You have seen the ads for Fitness clubs and DVD's and how to stay Fit with "only £500 a year membership" Our club will... bla bla bla. Well how about getting fit without getting out of bed? Huh you ask? sure i wouldn't believe it either, but thats just what i'm going to show you. keeping fit without getting out of bed. Having a work out in bed is far better for you than doing it on the floor, and we are not talking Sex here, just you alone in bed and working out.
Being Fit and Healthy has nothing to do with getting into a size 8-10 dress, it has everything to do with how you feel within yourself, and how you see yourself, not how others see you. looking at models that show more bone than skin is not a sign of being healthy, it's a sign of being unhealthy and even maybe a sign of a mental illness.
Our Gender & Sexuality has been used by the major Fashion houses and Beauty Companies to set an idea image of what women should look like, and selling that image to men, means women have to meet that image to please their man. Well i think it's time for us to rethink and take control of ourselves and not let men rule how we should look and feel, yes i said men, it's not for you, it's for guys that we do it, and to sell the products to us, they make us feel guilty for how we are.
