Get Body Like Nicole Scherzinger, Workouts and Diet Plan

She’s older than me and looks at least 5 years younger to her age while I look 5 years older than my age. Well, it’s not just me, but almost every two girls out of three have fitness issues with growing age. Looking at Nicole Scherzinger , many of you will have same opinion. So, I’ve planned to work on it and get a body like Nicole Scherzinger. Do you want to have?
So, in my quest to get a body like Nicole scherzinger, my first step was to look around across the web and search for the secret recipe of getting into shape like her. Here’s what I found:
- She burns lot of calories with dancing. If you’re lazy like me and don’t get enough time for exercise, you’ll certainly love to dance.
- She spends enough time on jogging. Again, a difficult thing for me, but what I can do is to use stairs instead of lift, go to nearest market walking instead taking car and I hope it’ll cover things up.
- The lower body exercises which she regularly allows her to have a wow lower body. Check out the images below for quick lower body exercises, which are more fun than exercise.
- And above all the diet plan, that you must stick to. Get a healthy diet plan set for you, i.e. one that allows you to have proper intake of calories.
For working women who work indoor in offices and want to get body like Nicole scherzinger, including me, we might not get 100% of it as we must accept the fact that Nicole Scherzinger is a celebrity and she needs to be in this shape to earn, and we need a different type of work to earn. But yes, fitness is our first right!
