Main Sections

The Health & Fitness section Will cover Health issues and advice on how to stay in shape, with basic exercises and workout plans in the Audio Visual walk through gallery to compliment the section on fitness. Health will be a Well Women section to cover Female health issues that are common for our gender, with tips on complimentary supplements to help boost our Feel Good Factor.

The Beauty & Make Up section Will cover everything you can think of about how to look great, also with tips on the audio visual gallery to show you step by step "how to apply" Make Up and make yourself look dazzeling for the guys. this will be a member driven section so any member can feel free to take part and have her own page or even her own section to fill with ideas. there is no limit to how much a person can add to the site.

The Members Fashion Tips is the place to strut you stuff, have you just bought a nice new dress, or picked up something cheap and turned it into something fantastic? Take pics and and tell us all about it, what you did, how you made it look great, where you picked it up from, and how much it cost you. Give us all an idea what you dod and how you did it, to obtain the look you wanted. This is the place to put yourself in the spotlight.

The Fashion section is all about Fashion today, gossip about whats hot and not, what looks great and what your pet poodle would object to being seen out in, We are looking for a Fashion Editor that can run this section and give us what we need, great advice and maybe a laugh too. Someone outgoing, who would walk into a store with a cam and friend, try on some things and come home with the pics and write about it. Not forgetting to tell us about the store staff chasing you out the store too lol

Our Sexuality section is where we can all read about our sexuality and about the different people who accept or reject parts of our sexuality, your stories about what makes you you. Bisexual, Lesbian, Straight, are just parts of our sexuality, the rest comes with how people react to us, treat us, and expect women to be. You know, Chained to the kids and cooker like a good girl, never question anyone, all that is Our Sexuality, read it here.

Pregnancy, Mother and Baby, Mother and Toddler are also planned sections for the near future. most of us will have children sooner or later and there is never enough advice and help when you need it, just to talk when you feel down can help, so this section will be user lead and have forum and chat rooms for live chat and help.

Girls Night In A Girls night with her friends is one of the best time she can have fun, it's a relaxing night in to chill out have a few laughs, maybe some drinks, talk about guys and order pizza from Pizza Hut. A few drinks and the fun starts, someone will always ask if they can try on your new skirt or top, and thats when they party begins.	Girls Night Out A Girls night out is when we can let our hair down, but we have to keep our guard up. Having a night out can be great with friends, but it can be dangerous if we find ourselves alone and a little worse for wear with drink. Some tips on how to stay safe and still have fun.
Make Up Eye liner, lipstick, lip gloss, nail polish, the list is endless, the things a girl needs to look good doesn't come cheap. She has to look good to feel good about herself, and it gets expensive if you buy the wrong items or colours that do not look good on you no matter how dark the room is. Thats why we have girlie nights with our friends, to learn whats good for us and what we need to avoid.	Fashion There is nothing worse than looking bad in the clothes we wear. What gets me is this, "we bought them in the first place" having a size 18 body and squeezing it into a 16 dress, is not going to make you look good. The flab has to fall out of the dress somewhere, and thats mostly around the waist or the chest and under arms. So what do you do? Buy clothes that fit, even buying clothes one size up, is better than one size down.
Hair Doing each other's hair is fun lol. Sitting on the floor painting your finger nails and chatting to your friend while she does your hair is one of the many parts of a sleepover i loved. While Rachel was doing my hair, she did a lot of different styles and showed them to me in the mirror. She did my hair in a half up half down with a braid, which looked nice. I sometimes wear it still.	Fun, Laughs and Pillows Now, everybody has to admit that almost every sleepover you've been too, there has been a pillow fight and trying to react that famous scene from dirty dancing, where Johnny lifts Baby in the air and singing "Time of your Life" into hairbrushes. Even I admit to doing that once lol.
